In the internal whistleblowing system, you can report information about unlawful acts or omissions, acts or omissions presumed unlawful, or any other abuse.

A report can be made in writing and orally, as well as in person or online on the following platforms:

by phone at the internal auditor's contact: +3670/552-5643

in writing and in person with the internal auditor at Matusz-Vad Zrt., Budapest 1103 Kőér utca 3/a.

When making a report, you must provide the reporter's name, phone number, email address and home address; for a legal-entity reporter, its registered office and the name, phone number and email address of its legal representative.

Investigating reports received anonymously or made by persons not entitled to report is not mandatory for the employer.

Until the investigation is closed or the formal initiation of accountability based on its outcome, those investigating the report share information about the report's content and the person concerned – beyond informing that person – with other organizational units or colleagues of the employer only to the extent strictly necessary to conduct the investigation.

Any sanction against the reporting person by the employer is prohibited; we handle the reporting person's personal data confidentially, in compliance with data protection regulations.
